Shipments to European countries (except the UK) are cleared through customs in Germany and then distributed further.

Returns

You can change your order until 23:00 (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day at the latest. Please contact us at info@fumot-vaping.deto request changes.

We offer a 15-day return policy. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

For a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with label and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fumot-vaping.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
