1. right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration by e-mail to info@fumot-vaping.de.
You can use our withdrawal form, which we will be happy to provide you with.
2. return conditions
Please note for a successful return:

The goods must be unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Opened or used e-cigarettes, liquids or disposable products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of revocation.

The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
3. refunds
As soon as we have checked and approved your return:

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Please note that shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order has been canceled.
4. exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
